Lake Havasu is home to 60 miles of continuous lake and river waterways. With the warm, clear sparkling water of Havasu it is no question as to why it is one of the most sought after lakes around. There are no restrictions on the lake as far as size and boat speed with the exception of the "no wake zones" and basic boating safety. Water temperature stays a consistent 75-85 degrees much of the year, perfect for cooling off.
Whether you follow the majestic Colorado River south to the Parker Dam or all the way north through the "Mini Grand Canyon" known as Topock Gorge, there is plenty of fun for everyone!
There are many private coves and beaches to hang out and relax for the day. You can enjoy many of the "PARTY" hot spots or explore the lake with its majestic cliffs, canyons and wildlife; or take a moment to discover ancient petroglyphs.
(Check out our "Where to Go" page and find where you want to be on the lake.)
In addition to enjoying many of the water activities offered, Lake Havasu has a number of boating events through the year. To help you take advantage of these activities see our "Boating Events" for more information.
